Meet your Town Clerk, Kristen Todoroff
The Township Clerk is the Clerk for the Township Board, which consists of the Supervisor and four Trustees. All of these board members, as well as the Clerk, are elected officials. The Township Clerk has many duties; keeper of township records, Clerk of all town meetings, administer oaths, local election authority, and give notice of meetings and the agenda through local newspapers and public places within the township. The Clerk is responsible for publishing or posting certain specific notices, including notices for the Township Highway Department. The clerk is the local election authority and is responsible for accepting petitions concerning local elections and/or referendums.
